Designed by Jessie White who founded the label in the lates 90's. The label that first started as a range of tshirts has now progressed into an Australia Fashion houshold name and can be seen in a number of high end fashion magazines.

The garments reflect styles from the fashion of the eastern world. Summer 2012 collection has the modern lines that shakuhachi is so well known for with washed out shades of grey and rose gold. It features an amazing gold oriental floral design along with a sporty element aswell. The SS12/13 collection is called ' The Young Ones'
