SHIPPING & HANDLING
Australia - Deliveries for orders over the value of $100 AUD receive free shipping.
Orders under $100 AUD will incur a $9.50 AUD delivery charge.
International - Deliveries
All International deliveries will incur a $40 AUD delivery charge.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Fastways Couriers (FC) are used by DESIGNER FORUM for all purchases made with in Australia. As FC do not deliver to a PO Box please list a home or work address.Please allow 5-7 business days from the day of purchase for your order to be delivered. Most deliveries are an overnight service although this is not always guaranteed but we do our best to make sure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
Orders placed by 12PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched that day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is submitted on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed on the next occurring business day.
Please note that DESIGNER FORUM is not responsible for FC’s delivery schedule. If there are road, traffic or freight issues we will help get you your package ASAP however DESIGNER FORUM are not responsible for the delivery once it leaves head office.
PO BOXES
If you do not have a convenient home or work address DESIGNER FORUM will send your order via Australia Post using an Express Post Satchel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders will be sent via Australia Post services. Orders will registered and sent using Air Mail. Please contact DESIGNER FORUM at customercare@designerforum.com.au before ordering to check whether we can deliver to your overseas destination.
Delivery times vary between countries particularly with customs procedures and therefore DESIGNER FORUM cannot assume responsibility for delays. A signature is required for international delivery therefor it is important to please list an address that is most convenient to you. Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. DESIGNER FORUM is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.
QUERYS
How do I track my order?
Once your product is packed and dispatched, DESIGNER FORUM will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.
What if I am not home when the order is delivered?
DESIGNER FORUM wants to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives FC will leave a card with a phone number for you to arrange another attempt at delivery free of charge . As DESIGNER FORUM wants only you to receive your package, all FC deliveries require a signature. As a signature is required on delivery we recommend a home or work address.

First time orders
To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address for delivery. Please make sure the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that DESIGNER FORUM can contact you if necessary.
