Australia - Deliveries for orders over the value of $100 AUD receive free shipping.

Orders under $100 AUD will incur a $9.50 AUD delivery charge.

WANT IT NOW- 3hr Shipping is available for Sydney customers at the checkout. Simply Enter your Suburb into the "city" section when entering your billing address and our system will calculate the postage cost in the following step. This option is available to purchase from 10am-3.30pm Monday- Friday. The service time is 3hrs from dispatch. A signature will be required on delivery if no one is there and if we do not have authority to leave the parcel when no one is home a re-delivery fee of $20 will be charged to the originaly card used for the purchase and the buyer must contact us to arrange the next redelivery time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

DESIGNER FORUM aims to send to countries all over the world. Costs for international shipping varies between countries. The following regions will outline the costs for each particular country. DESIGNER FORUM uses Australia Post for all international deliveries.

At checkout there are two postage options available the first option is Registered International Post that requires a signature on arrival. This option does not include a tracking number however it has a parcel number to locate it at your nearest post office when delivered. The second option is Express Courier International Post that requires a signature on arrival, provides a tracking number that enables to trace your delivery and is a faster delivery service. Neither of these options provide insurance. Delivery times vary between countries particularly customs procedures and therefor  DESIGNER FORUM cannot assume reponsibility for delays. Please note all international custom charges and procedures are payable by the receiver. DESIGNER FORUM is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Orders within Australia under the value of $100 AUD will incur a standard $9.50 AUD delivery charge. If you wish to pick up your parcel from Head Office please contact us prior to placing your order so we can remove your postage charge.

Fastways Couriers (FC)  are used by DESIGNER FORUM for all purchases made with in Australia. As FC do not deliver to a PO Box please list a home or work address.Please allow 5-7 business days from the day of purchase for your order to be delivered. Most deliveries are an overnight service although this is not always guaranteed but we do our best to make sure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.

Orders placed by 12PM AEST on a business day will be dispatched that day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.  If your order is submitted on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed on the next occurring business day.

Please note that DESIGNER FORUM is not responsible for FC’s delivery schedule. If there are road, traffic or freight issues we will help get you your package ASAP however DESIGNER FORUM are not responsible for the delivery once it leaves head office. 

PO BOXES

If you do not have a convenient home or work address DESIGNER FORUM will send your order via Australia Post using an Express Post Satchel to your PO Box address.

QUERIES

How do I track my order?                                                                                                

Once your product is packed and dispatched, DESIGNER FORUM will send you a seperate email, with a unique tracking code and a link to a website for you to follow the prompts on the screen to track the current whereabouts of your order.

What if I am not home when the order is delivered?

DESIGNER FORUM wants to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives FC will leave a card with a phone number for you to arrange another attempt at delivery free of charge . As DESIGNER FORUM wants only you to receive your package, all FC deliveries require a signature. As a signature is required on delivery we recommend a  home or work address.

First time orders

To avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address for delivery. Please make sure the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that DESIGNER FORUM can contact you if necessary.
