DESIGNER FORUM ships throughout Australia and internationally using a designated courier service. All of our products are subject to availability. In the unfortunate event that an item is not available DESIGNER FORUM will contact you immediately and give you the option of selecting an alternate item, a store credit or a full refund.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, unfortunately we do not accept pay pal.
Laybys
DESIGNER FORUM does not layby for purchases on the online store. if you wish to make a layby you can contact the stores directly and organise a layby over the phone. The store persons will explain the terms and conditions of the layby.

Damaged Items
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect the parcel or carton containing your purchase for any external damage that may have occurred during transport (Please note it is normal for parcels or cartons to have scuff marks caused in transit without content being damaged). However, once you have opened your parcel and product damage is apparent please contact us immediately via email customercare@designerforum.com.au with your specific problem and DESIGNER FORUM will get back to you promptly. Please retain all packaging material used for dispatch to enable inspection by DESIGNER FORUM.
